How can we improve the migration process?

Make Your Account Management More Friendly

My1voice is virtually dummy-proof, making it easy to get around, figure out how to do things...and it has more options.
Right now...HATING evoice...and will not continue with it after trial period and will even take my My1voice company somewhere else when M1V becomes evoice.
Don't want to leave...but you force my hand when it takes too much time to get things done with my account.

        THIS COMPANY BETTER FIX THEIR ISSUES FAST, OR THEY ARE GOING TO LOSE EVERYONE!!

        HATE THIS COMPANY!!

        WHERE ARE MY CALL IN LISTS???!!! AS THE OWNER, I SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE ON ONE SCREEN: EVERYONE WHO CALLED IN, DROPPED OR HUNG UP, AND WHERE THE CALL WAS ROUTED TO!!!

        Thanks for the comments Stacey. We are planning a major overhaul of the account management interface, but that won't likely happen until 2012. In the meantime, we have a VIP Support Team that can work with you to customize your account settings. This service is free of charge and one of the many benefits of eVoice.
